EHR offers three CSA seasons per year. Produce may vary in different seasons and others may simply not be available based on the conditions of the growing season. The fruits and vegetables listed below are intended to be a guide.
- Spring Harvest: March 31 – May 26
(kale, lettuce, onion, swiss chard, collards, mint, pac choi, cucumber, carrots, radishes, turnips, beets, peas)
- Early Summer Harvest: June 2 – July 28
(kale, lettuce, swiss chard, collards, mint, basil, parsley, cilantro, cucumber, carrots, radishes, beets, turnips, onion, spinach, beans, peas, eggplant, peppers, watermelon, squash, zucchini, garlic, cantaloupe, pac choi)
- Late Summer Harvest: August 4 – September 29
(collards , kale, lettuce, chard, onion, okra, beans, spinach, radishes, beets, turnips, eggplant, peppers, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew , squash, tomatoes, garlic, pumpkin, carrots , grapes, pecans)
